Disability Support Services

We provide in home support, respite services and support our clients with range of activities and community events. Our support workers .Assist clients with personal care and daily living duties. .Transport clients to and from appointments as required. . Develop support plans that are unique to your individual goals, needs or requests. .Support clients with their financial needs and documentation. .Transport and support clients with community activities of their choice. .Administer medication and assist with medical appointments. .Document daily case notes and report all incidents that occur. .Work closely with the service Manager, Clients and Medical Professionals. .Undertake regular mandatory training courses as required.
