MO HEALTHCARE PLUS offers services to NDIS participants in their homes and also when they are in hospital. We are approved to offer services to all age-groups namely:  0 - 6 Years,  7-16 Years, 17 - 65 Years and Over 65 Years. We have capacity to give professional and quality services to NDIS participants living with Mental Health illnesses, Aquired Brain Injury, Autism, Dementia, Interllectual Disability, Spinal Injury, Physical Disability Including  sensory disability, Ventilator Dependent, Spinal Injury and we also offer Aged Care Services. 

AT MO HEALTHCARE PLUS WE OFFER:
1. We support NDIS participants with day to day medication management
2. We manage the disposal of waste, hazardous or infectious substances 
3. We deliver complex bowel care including enemas
4. We deliver least restrictive practice while reporting all incidents 
5. We deliver unrinary catheter care
6. We deliver complex wound care
7. We deliver subcutaneous injections like insulin and others as ordered by participants' doctors 
8. We deliver PEG feeds and NGT feeds and care
9. We support participqants with severe dysphagia to manage the consumption of food and drinks. 
10. We help with transport to appointments, activities, community participation, hygiene, cleaning, washing, ironing and meal preperation.
